I'm pretty sure that's him in the next shot standing on the tracks. Maybe he fell between the rails and it passed over him.

I was thinking that but I'm not sure; the only way to really survive that is to end up underneath the train in between the tracks, and I highly doubt he could have pulled that off.

It's definitely not him, they are both wearing completely different clothes. I saw someone jump in front of a tube train in London, you don't just get up and walk around after that, trust me.
