I have a hard time finding this to be real. Their coworkers would have done something to stop him.
They can't just hang up on customers, he was probably the most annoying son of a bitch in the whole company.
Besides, one of them was dialing what appears to have been 911, bottom right.

If my friend was in a fight I'd be over to help him in a heartbeat, if some asshole was getting pounded on I would be hesitant to help.

How is trying to help someone being attacked stupid. Unless of course helping them is going to certainly involve you getting hurt even worse than the guy you are trying to help. Helping someone being hurt is the right thing to do, but most people wouldn't do it because they are scared of being hurt themselves, like in the video.
