This one's the best I found And jesus fuck I knew pedigree dogs were unnatural, but didn't know it was this bad
Well i don't feed my dogs pedigree anyway. Just the cheap walmart stuff.
Really? Putting a perfectly healthy dog to sleep because it does not have a certain feature? What the fuck is wrong with the human race?
Really? Putting a perfectly healthy dog to sleep because it does not have a certain feature? What the fuck is wrong with the human race?
Eliteists. It's like neckbeards throwing out anime figures because they aren't boxed.
I was not even aware of this problem.
I don't see the point in pedigree just get a rescue dog like a nice person
This was going to happen eventually... No matter what you do with breeding, natural selection will happen. This is going to escalate until one by one the species... die out. [editline]fasdf[/editline] 40:00 My God, its a tribble!
My dog isn't a Pedigree husky, but she's still the cutest thing in the world- [t]http://sphotos-h.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/396526_2352015442166_1608998765_n.jpg[/t]
What are pedigree dogs?
What are pedigree dogs?
Both parents are the same breed
What are pedigree dogs?
incest
I thought it was about genetically modified food from pedigree for a second
Both parents are the same breed
What if the parents don't share many similarities within the breed spectrum?
One of my dogs is a chihuahua rat terrier mix, and they were going to put him down since he was too big but we saved him.
I have two pedigree blue staffies. They are what I live for so I hope they don't get bad :(
Ya better pray son
it's also really sad to see these cats that have short legs and no ears.
My dog Emma was starved and thrown out of a car in the middle of winter. A businessman on his way to the airport found her curled up under a bench, almost dead. He put an ad in the newspaper, and my parents found it and adopted her. She was 30 pounds, and she's a pitbull/american bulldog mix. She was skin and bones. Luckily, she's better now, and if it wasn't for the Cushing's Disease (AKA - Dog Depression), she's quite happy with the world.
This isn't something that happens to every pure bred, this is happening because the show dogs have been inbred multiple times within generations. Pure bred != inbred... I have an 9 year old golden retriever who is pure bred who is happy as a clam and perfectly healthy.
Got my dog from a person who had a litter of them in Pennsylvania. She's the healthiest dog in my state now :D and she's an awesome doggy :3
My brother's puppy is a pure bred pug. The only "fault" I see with her is that she has some kind of weird bumps on her lower jaw/chin.
The video won't play for me. Could anyone tell me what's this about?
The video won't play for me. Could anyone tell me what's this about?
Hour long documentary about scumbags inbreeding dogs.
I think the implied issues are: "How far can we go in breeding dogs before features become mutations? and "Should the sexual taboos that apply to us humans, apply to dogs as well?"
I think the implied issues are: "How far can we go in breeding dogs before features become mutations? and "Should the sexual taboos that apply to us humans, apply to dogs as well?"
Should apply to all animals imo.
