I'm currently in the process of clearing out my old sheds, but I'm gonna fix them up, and make them into a place where me and friends can relax, as part of my grand plan to 'refurbish' my back garden.
I've included a plan of what will be left after I've cleared it out. The overall length measures around 6 foot, by 16 foot, and there's a doorway between, but this can be opened up should the need arise.
So yeah, get drawing, and I'll take all the designs into consideration. I'm not settled on a theme yet, but feel free to experiment, and I'll post a thread with all the construction photos when it's finished (or maybe I'll just update this thread as I go along?)

Thanks!
What I'm asking is for you to take the picture I've given, and draw on it and give me a design. Hell, just suggest some ideas if you like, I'm not fussed.
Just throw a couch in it and chill? Is it really that hard?
Uh..
I think, regardless of however minimal the work I do to it, it's gonna need renovating if it's to be used socially anyway. It's too dim to just sit in, so the window are getting replaced anyway, and I'm gonna reconnect it to a source of electricity.
I don't get it.
No offense... We can't really help you unless we get the size of the shed. Also... You really need to make it a little more clear what were looking at. Can you please post a pic or two?
You want to redesign a 6x16 space? How hard could that possibly be?
Add in a couch, a minifridge, a TV and a DVD player, or maybe even a computer.
Watch porn, drink soda, have a social circlejerk. It'll be epic and you fucking know it, bro.
Measure the walls OP
Post them in centimeters as well if it's not too inconvenient.
@JoeSkylynx, I have a couple of pictures, but there from when there's still plenty of junk in them, I'll put them on anyway. The space is approximately 6 foot wide (where the door is), by 16 foot long (The window side).
Picturesssss.
First one is the first half of the shed, the half with the actual door at the bottom.
(http://img23.imageshack.us/img23/6903/frontby.jpg) < First room when you walk into the shed.
(http://img710.imageshack.us/img710/2056/backroom.jpg) < Obviously, the back room.
@Kaiwren-, that's kinda the plan, but I mean a general layout idea. Circlejerk ftw.
@wewt!, I can't find a measuring tape at the moment, but 6x16ft is around 182x487cm
Damn bro, that's pretty thin.
I'm thinking something along the lines of a minifridge, bed/couch/recliner and a desk for a laptop of some sorts.
Damn bro, that's pretty thin.
I know it looks it, but the back room is fairly spacious, I think all the junk makes it look smaller.
And I bought a minifridge, well, it's more of a small fridge, it's got about 3 normal sized racks and an ice maker thing up the top, pretty sweet. I'm gonna clear the bench that you can see with the stuff on it then sand that down and stuff so shit can go on there.
Bondage theme. Put whips and chains up there with black leather and gimp suits mounted up on the wall, and a TV playing porn 24/7. Then lure the chicks in.
I'd probably ditch the wooden racks on the right

Put a couple of lounge chairs in there. A small table would be nice. Get some stick-on lights and/or run an extension cord from your house into there and you have yourself a pad/smoking den.

No make it a gun rack so he can shoot himself when he relies he has no friends.
But seriously he should keep it to store stuff

Well first get out all the junk, clean up everything in the shack as good as you can, unless you want to change some basics of it first (you mentioned something about windows). Look if you can reuse any of the junk, maybe make it look a little better here and there. I suggest you put in a coach, a small cupboard on which you can put a nice Flat TV, a mini fridge and if there's space and money for it left ; a table.

Bondage ain't my thing. Ya' dig?
I'd probably ditch the wooden racks on the right
I'll probably keep them, as it'd be a good place to put things, the bit you see on the far right are shelves under the bench, so they'd be a good idea for storage, I think.

I'm definitely gonna be hooking it up with electric.

Brilliance.

Dare I ask where you obtained that photo.
Add at least 6-8 bean bags or large pillows, low height table, TV complete with DVD player, (you need a reliable power source) as well as a small fridge and microwave.
Fan sheds get fucking hot.
put sensors in the doorway that plays "Never gonna give you up" whenever somebody you don't know walks in.
It looks pretty damp in there, judging from the floors in the second picture. Plus there appears to be a lot of gaps between the wall planks and where knots of wood have been pushed out.
Are you sure any furniture/electronics you put in there won't get ruined?
Does your house have an outlet on the outside? You could poke a hole behind a TV and put the wire through it. If the wire isn't long enough, connect it to one of those long wires then connect it to the outlet. (Or you could use a generator.XD)
add a poker table.
