i dont believe lurkers should have the right to report. There should be a post limit of some sort that affects that. Yeah, in a forum about illegal drugs, image macros and NSFW images are going to be common. Illegal drugs should in theory, be for responsible adults and so NSFW content should (in theory) be fine here. If someone's not chill, then go ahead and ban them, but I feel that since drugs in theory should be for responsible adults only, NSFW content is fine (I don't feel like posting any but I don't care) and so are image macros, they are sometimes funny. If someone is doing something stupid, like spamming image macros repeatedly, flaming, trolling, etc, anything that is not 'chill', then they can get the boot. Thanks!

i dont know about you guys but im sick of the word [I]chill[/I] being thrown around. It just pisses me off how people see it as an excuse to say stupid shit or be ignorant. Im not directing this at you im just saying when someone is like "lol LSD makes holes in your brain xD" and after arguments start flooding in he says something like "aww cmon i thought you guys are [I]chill[/I]" it pisses me off.
