Google hires company to make glasses not look as weird

As much as I think this is cool and want one I doubt I ever will out of fear it will be mugged right off my face as it looks 10x easier to steal than a phone.

I hope they make it less obvious you are wearing google glass because I don't want people knowing I am walking around with a £100+ device just resting on my face.

It's a $1500 gadget that gives you a heads up display beamed into your eye, technology that's only been seen in $200,000,000 fighter jets before this day. I don't disagree that Glass has great potential, but it's always going to look weird for the first few years of people using them - I'm not sure any amount of design consultancy is going to be able to mask that camera and small bit of plastic without reverting to adding them to existing glasses designs.

Once again, there's nothing to be embarrassed about wearing a $1500 top of the line piece of technology that comes straight from fighter jets. People are seriously being drama queens about this. My only problem with the looks is that it looks like they just attached Glass to a frame.

I guess that instead of looking like frames with Glass mounted on, they could make it seem like it's integrated into it.
