This is a monumental moment for crack smokers everywhere.
Cracking good job this man did admitting the truth. Finally the smoke has blown over and we can finally get a crystal clear picture of what happened.
"no i didn't do it"
"ok that was me in the picture, but I wasn't smoking crack"
"no wait, it wasn't me in the picture"
"ok honestly it was me but again I wasn't smoking crack, prove it"
"alright so what, I was smoking crack what's the big deal"
it's not him it's his EVIL SPACE ALIEN CLONE. Toronto Mayor is being blamed for something he didn't because evil space aliens

"Integrity"
Rob Ford aint a coward.
Stay tuned for Rob's approval to go up another 5% and the rest of the nation to hold their head in their hands and reach for a beer, Tim Hortons coffee, or a joint, depending on the province.
Of course, now that he's admitted a criminal act (possessing and smoking crack), we can expect him to be taken into custody, right?
...right?
Stop laughing at me!
C'mon guys, lay off Ford. He only did it because he was in a drunken stupor!

Can we do the same with Trudeau then too?
It seems doing drugs is all the rage with politicians, people seem to hold them in high regard after finding out.

Crack and alcohol abuse = smoking weed?
Hah.
Crack and alcohol abuse = smoking weed?
Hah.
Breaking the law = breaking the law, made in regards to the "taking him into custody for breaking the law" quip.
Breaking the law = breaking the law.
Trudeau didn't have to lie about it, infact he came forward with it. On top of that weed has huge public support, whereas crack has almost none.

It's only the stupid inbred suburbanites that like Ford. All of downtown Toronto hates him.

I don't disagree, but as it stands the law is the law, both broke it, and Trudeau voted in favour of stricter laws for marijuana possession.
Also way to insult and hyperbolically generalize both Ford supporters and anyone living north of Bloor, west of Christie, and east of the Don Valley.

Sorry but the fact that he still has supporters makes me think nobody outside the downtown core ever turns on the TV or pays attention to anything but their 2.4 kids, white picket fence, and their lawn.

Also luckily it's the people who write the laws, and that they can be changed. I think it's silly to judge someone who broke the law without looking at their offenses, especially for something widespread such as pot smoke, pirating music, or jay-walking.
And the councillors that come out of downtown make me question the people living there, but I still don't go around insulting them.
And "people" haven't written law in this country for decades, the leaders of political parties have. People are supposed to be dictating the law, but western democracy hasn't worked like that in decades.
For the record, I support legalization, but if you're going to uphold the law you have to do it fairly while it is law, which is why Stintz whining about getting a ticket running a stop on her bike irritates me, because she acted like cops should ignore bicyclists breaking the law and only target cars.

I just think that pot legalization is widely supported, so it's almost silly to compare Justin Trudeau admitting he smokes pot, to Ford secretly smoking crack and then lying about it.
goddamnit rest of the world I am so sorry for this man
he makes my town look silly
This just in: crack legalized in Toronto.
Rob Ford aint a coward.
Yes he is. He lied constantly until confronted with proof of his lies. That's cowardly.

Better than most politicians
I'd chill with him.
Edit:
Oh wait, crack cocaine nvm.
Reuters' article reads like something from the Onion.
"Yes I have smoked crack cocaine... Probably in one of my drunken stupors, probably approximately about a year ago," he told reporters outside his office.

Ford has already apologized for "mistakes" in his past, admitting to being "hammered" at a street festival this summer and drunk at City Hall after-hours on St. Patrick's Day last year. All four big Toronto newspapers, including the right-leaning Toronto Sun, have urged him to quit.
"I don't even remember," Ford said on Tuesday of his drug use. "After some of the stuff that you guys have seen me, the state I've been in. It's a problem."
Haha his excuse for smoking crack was he was black-out drunk
What a fucking joke
Why would a rich mayor
smoke crack
and not use blow?

You might as well ask 'Why Rob Ford?'
the answer to that question is because fuck you
Better than most politicians
actually it's kind of exactly the same as most politicians
You might as well ask 'Why Rob Ford?'

No, the answer is "I didn't do anything, stop hounding me, the media are all vultures, and the chief of police should resign. Okay, maybe I did something. Okay I definitely did something, but I was drunk, and what are you going to do, arrest me? Also no, I won't quit, and my brother thinks the chief of police should resign too. I'm an honest man except I've been lying for the last year, but who cares about that let's talk about SUBWAYS!"
