Chicken wings, spicy wings, hot wings, boiled wings, wing wings, fried wings, oily wings, garlic wings. Wings, we post them here.

Here are my wings I recently cooked: INGREDIENTS -Fuckton of garlic -Fuckton of lemon pepper -Fuckton of pepper -Fuckton of salt -Fuckton of chilli flakes -A little bit of lemon juice -A little bit of lemon skin -A little bit of paprika METHOD -Chop up that shit and mortar and pestle it -Mix it with chicken wings using your hands -Refrigerate for a few hours (upto 3 days, I personally buy about 2KG of chicken wings and just cook a batch whenever I feel like some) -Grill on your barbeque -When you're about 3-4 minutes from being ready, move your chicken wings to the hotplate on your bbq and pour about 2 lemons worth of lemon juice onto them -Stir those wings like fuck in the sizzling lemon juice -Replace back to grill for a few more minutes -Serve These chicken wings are so god damn lemony, they're the best.
I prefer my chicken wings not with a lemon taste Got a herb patch growing in my yard, from which I've created a dried herb and spice mix to put on the BBQ to make godlike wings [editline]23rd October 2012[/editline] But the secret ingredient is dried Thyme, if anyone else wants to experiment
Give me good ole buffalo wings any day.
Cover them in Frank's Red Hot. That shit's delicious.
i remember when i was in the US a few years ago, my dad and I went into this bar to get a drink and something to eat. so we ordered the "blah blah hot wings". not realising it was happy hour which meant you get a portion free. so the waitress comes out with 50 chicken wings that were so god damn hot, i think we managed about 10 each at first. it was only after a while that we realised 25 chickens had to die to make our meal that we finished it out of guilt more than anything else they were delicious though.
I wrote a big long post saying how pouring lemon juice (or any other sugary liquid, like Lime juice etc) onto a pan that's sitting on a heat source is just asking for trouble. The sugar in the lemon juice will burn really easily, and can ruin the taste of your dish. Plus, it's an absolute motherfucker to clean off if it burns, because it just sticks so hard to the pan. Just saying this as you said to put the lemon juice in and let it sizzle. I'm surprised it hasn't backfired on you, lemon juice is notorious for burning easily (unless you stir it constantly, but even then it can go wrong). If you're going to add lemon juice, add it right at the end, and don't have it on a very hot heat source. [editline]29th October 2012[/editline] Just a heads up in case anyone follows this recipe and puts their lemon juice in and burns it all and ruins the wings (seeing as it's a step right at the end). I'd hate for you guys to do all that work and end up with burnt-lemony wings.
