What a soldier
sorry if this is a re-post i couldn't find it posted anywhere yet.
Jesus, what a badass. I would've been crying like a little bitch if I was his age. I'm not afraid of needles anymore, but hoo boy, I was bad back then.
TRIPLE THE AUTISM
The best way to get through something is to just do it all at once
This kid was trying so hard to hold back the tears. He did great though!
You could see the transition in pain from the first shot to the third.
First he's like "meh, hit me with another"
Second he's like "maybe I should reconsider this"
Third he's like "ohgodohgodohgod can't cry i'm a man"

I'd be in tears at the sight of the needle.
I hate remembering my first needle because my parents were laughing their asses off at me and still bring it up from time to time :(
God if I had one of those I'd collapse into a puddle of sheer terror.
I'm such a weenie, this lil' kid is a fucking champ

at least you didnt throw up on the nurse after getting a blood test
You should see me taking 3 heroin shots in a row, then you would reconsider calling this crying little boy a man.

Wow u injected three whole Herojuanas?
I took good care of my teeth and still had about 3 milk/baby teeth. The dentist said they needed out or they would cause problems for the new ones. I cried like a bitch.
I remember needing to get my blood tested for anemia. The nurse couldn't find a vein so I was stabbed with a needle a few more times than necessary.
What a champ. When I got my vaccinations, I cried like a bitch

I fainted after getting a blood test about 2 weeks ago, was unconsious for about 10 seconds
I was never afraid of needles. Sure, I may have cried a bit but I didn't throw a fit like a lot of other kids. Now-a-days, I don't even flinch. But, now-a-days, its more like a hole punch than a giant needle. At least with the doctor I go to.
"im man"

When it comes to needles I have zero issues with vaccines but I still don't like when someone takes my blood. I don't lose my shit but it's something I'm really not a fan of.
never really minded needles, i get routine tested for tb at work via mantoux test and got all my shots when i was younger.
only needle-like thing that ever bothered me is when i donate blood and they prick my finger for the hematocrit check. shit hurts way more than the big ass needle that's in your arm for a while.
I got blood tested for Lyme's Disease and the nurse had no idea how to find a vein.
Hearing "...Shit!.." under the nurse's breath didn't help me not pass out on the way out of the hall.
This is genuinely the cutest fucking kid ever awwwwww
I did a blood test not long ago, nurse said I got big vains [sp]for her[/sp] so she didn't have any trouble, and neither did I. It was over before I knew what was what.
I was never afraid of needles, couldn't really see why people would have any reason to. A fucking wasp sting is more painful than that tiny little needle.
I think the needles for local numbing for cavity-filling operations in your mouth are much worse.
I was expecting that kind of pain, but when I got my blood test I couldn't believe I barely felt anything
if it was me i'll probably cry like a little shit (even though i'm like 10 years older than him)

I think people are never afraid of the needle, but the person who is controlling the needle. Guess people are afraid that they'll get hurt even more
it's funny how the crying seems like a completely involuntary reaction that he has no control over but the high-fives and trying to speak are voluntary and completely separate

almost
I remember being scared when I was younger. Then like the last time I got a shot I was like 13 or something and I laughed it off even though it still hurt :(
Oh yeah, thread reminded me I got blood taken once. I don't remember it hurting but it felt weird to have it in my arm.
i was never really afraid of needles until i got one that went into my gum and i could feel it travel down into my jawbone. fun
I never really was scared of needles, but of the pain instead. And every time it was like 1/10 of what I expected. So it was all right in the end but damn I was terrified. Also for me taking blood is much better than getting vaccines.
