See the problem is that as a youtube partner they are required to put out 1 video every week. It's why they are getting stale.

Agreed. Being obligated to make a video a week doesn't mean they have to be confined to one series. Have another video for the "making of", or the "aftermath" of an episode. Vary things up so it can all be for a love of the subject matter (har) rather than an obligation to remain a Partner.
Some of us ([URL="http://www.facepunch.com/threads/1118884"]very loud, obvious cough[/URL]) want to be Partners, and post videos regularly anyway. But to keep that spirit alive, it needs to remain a passion, not something they're forced to do.

On topic I have to say that EMT starts to get progressively worse and then they have an amazing episode and the cycle repeats.
