that is actually quite natrual. Sharks are not fish contrary to popular belief but mammals, like us humans. Our genetic code is probably around 98% the same or something, and as such, sharks can get itches (ie skin surface irretations) as well as we do. It doesn't attack since it doesn't feal threatened or percieve the humans as a threat, the later being something useful to know
