Americans how many of you took coming to and moving to Canada seriously Because I here and here lot's of people from Facepunch saying ""Canada Sounds Better and Better Every day alot"" only 64 boxes give more
Canada isnt that good eh
Every country has it's problems, and while Canada's government does seem less incompetent then the US government I don't think the difference is big enough to warrant a significant impact on your choice of residency. And yes I'm aware this is just the usual FP Bullshit thread :)
It's more of a situational statement than an action going to be taken. Like the phrase "I'm so angry I'm going to burn this place to the ground". Although that person probably doesn't mean that they're going to burn the place to the ground, it just means they're that angry.
Anyone who says "I'm moving to Canada" is probably just 12 years old. I mean Canada has its perks its not like your problems will instantly change the second you change country.
Only reason to go to Canada is draft dodging.

i am see you soon neighbor

Judging by your post, Canada must have a pretty bad education system. So no.
Canada is a good neighbor and a valuable partner but I prefer the greatest nation in all of history, my home.
Canada is a good neighbor and a valuable partner but I prefer the greatest nation in all of history, my home.
i thought you lived inside a hollowed out copy of atlas shrugged
Canada is a good neighbor and a valuable partner but I prefer the greatest nation in all of history, my home.
all of the nations are terrible. The only awards I would give nations are who is the least awful
all of the nations are terrible. I went to Toronto once Does that count
award goes to iceland, obviously even if it is only because it has some bitchin landscapes [img_thumb]http://grandcanyon.free.fr/images/cascade/original/Golden%20Falls,%20Iceland.jpg[/img_thumb]
that would make a hell of a kayak ride
I about to (maybe next or later but still very soon)
What the fuck does this mean?
I hear too many people talking about wanting to move to Canada over tiny things and act like their life is going to become so great just by moving there Nope, doesn't quite usually work out that way
Realistically, if I did move to Canada after whatever nation-crippling thing happened, I'd end up poor, homeless, and digging through a dumpster for scraps of food. I'd much rather be in a home than in a box in some alley in Toronto. (Not dissing Toronto here, but I'd rather not be living in a box in general)
It's more of a situational statement than an action going to be taken. I have but I'm thinking Europe more than Canada although it is a great country, shit is going to hit the fan in my lifetime, I honestly do believe that. The US Government can't keep doing this sort of crap to their people and not expect anything to happen in retaliation.
You gotta be rich to live here, or else it's the slums for you. (Vancouver)
Well, i disagree with many Canadians in politics but i think it's safe to say if there's ever a draft in America I'll be drinking milk in bags and eating bacon Canadian style.
Nope I don't want to For what ever reason
Goddamn draft dodgers. If there's ever a draft and I'm not all ready in the military, I'll just join. You can join so you can actually choose your job instead of being whatever they need. [editline]16th April 2011[/editline] But a draft is like impossible to happen.
award goes to iceland, obviously even if it is only because it has some bitchin bjork
Fixed for honesty
im thinking about it after school i want to go to a country a little better than the us but still within visiting distance of my family but housing is fucking expensive in vancouver so i gotta either get a really nice job or live in a really shitty neighborhood
what the fuck the op can't be a native english speaker.
I'd move to Europe before Canada. Canada needs a better marketing department if I'm to be convinced.
Aboot a couple of people.
