I was expecting something better than a poorly composed 80x80 avatar to give some credence for the most conceited title I've seen in months.

I'll try to justify my bluntness with some kind of real critique if you so choose:
Gradients are cool when they don't pop out at you saying "HAI GUYS I'M A GRADIENT!"
Compression settings are your friend, learn them.
Nobody can read 1-point type in an 80x80 raster.
