Wow, I really saved a lot of money with the ME-70. It would have cost me a ton to get a few of those effects separately in other stomp boxes. I love everything about it, and I am now pretty much limitless in what I can do. The phrase loop feature really helps with practice. Have you guys ever wanted one? If you guys have any questions, I will do my best to answer them. Pictures will come later.
I'd say the distortion is pretty bad, sounds quite digital. But everything else is great. The phaser is probably my favorite effect. Turn the Rate knob really low, to about 1, and then the other knobs all the way up- sounds great. The voice effect on the pedal FX is pretty funny.
Guitar Rig 4 yo.
Naww, I'm glad you like it. :v:
You can get some great sound out of it and it is portable and easy to use. It will be great when I get my permanent duty station.
i have an me-25, its pretty hard to get a good sounding distortion on it.
I agree about the distortion. I have a Boss MT-2 to help with that.

This.
I got it out of a recommendation from the guy at my local music store, and had to order it just so I can get my hands on one.
Lovin' phrase loop.
My recommendation for people dealing with the digital distortion is to not try to get a tube sound out of it. Deal with what you have and make the most of out of it.
We will be coming to a point not too far in the future where digital distortion will sound no different than analog distortion. Take a look at Amplitube Metal. This is happening with most anything in the audio field. It's also good to remember that digital distortion shouldn't at all have the same meaning when it first came about.
