I said that before I went le parkouring but when I was about to make my first step I instantly developed acrophobia. I also thought I could lift 50 kilos from my chest but then I discovered I was far from doing that since I was skinny and first-timer.
I can already tell it'll take from weeks to months or even years to learn that what you saw in the video. Especially 2:26 - 2:50.
