Aight, at this point in time you should have your double degree. (If not you must've really fucked up somehow) With luck you might have a decent job already, one that's not just decently paid enough to reimburse your loan and live reasonably, but also fulfilling and meaningful. Never forget that the typical career is not necessarily the greatest. Find a job that leaves you with enough time for your own personal development, and that you can look back to 10 years later without feeling that you wasted your time. If you haven't got your driving license yet, you may be leaving out opportunities. There's no excuse for not having been able to pass it during your internship. Speaking of hobbies, I hope you were consistent with working out and made great progress, without hurting yourself in the process. Hope you got better at rock dancing and managed to actually remember the moves you learned. Maybe you asked out a girl or two in the process, who knows. I really hope you got over her. She hurt you real bad and broke your trust and no amount of wanting to get back with you can make things right. Don't feel guilty about not being willing to offer her a "second chance". Misplaced guilt is what put you in such a depressing state last year. You might have had some good times with her, but that's not something that's specific to her. There are plenty of other people who are just as interesting and caring and don't have the glaring flaws she had. You just have to learn to remove your nostalgia glasses and actually appreciate them rather than dwell on the past. You probably haven't lost a significant amount of hair compared to last year, and unless that's the case, then congrats, you paranoid moron. You got stressed out over fucking nothing.

Hey friend, Looks like we forgot to do one of these last year, oh well. This year's been big for us - a year defined by the moth's departure, and even though it brought us great pain, depression, and dismay, it's also brought forth the most improvement you've ever made in a year, in all aspects. The course is difficult at the moment, but given how hard we worked to get here, we owe it to ourselves and all that came before us to stay dedicated. 2017 saw the end of your days at Sixth Form, the start of your uni life, the loss of somebody special, but a lot of growth and development of you as a person. Don't forget how far you've come. I don't know exactly what 2018 holds for us - no doubt it's own troubles, challenges, and fears that present themselves, but we've made it this far, and we still have a job to do. Stay strong, stay aware, stay safe, but most of all, stay good. We have great things ahead of us - I promise you this.
