It's an image used as a reply. The facial expression in the picture is intended to be the reply, rather than text on the image.
The propulsion gel looks like an awesome slip n' slide.

Yeah, about Portal 2, and maybe the first hazardous sticky gloop; what about in CoOp, when you accidentally get your buddy killed, because your Portal caused a pipe to burst, which unknowingly shot a toxic spill right back at him through a Portal he shot on his side, causing him to go down and drown and then you got to start your bot but all the way over at the last CP, because you can't continue without the other?
Seriously though, no pun intended, imagine the potential what others will do with their own servers.
I'm sort of dissapointed that all the gel does is add a square, repeditive decal onto the ground.
But I do love that effect that it gives when it gets on the screen.
Repulsion gel sounds like something you would use in a sex act.

it'd be SERIOUSLY fucking hard to make a dynamic fluid that would work with portal's physics.
I'm guessing alot of people bitched about Portal being too easy so Valve is increasing the difficulty.
I kinda agree, Portal didn't get hard up until Chamber 18 for me.

Oh wow I missed that, looks awesome.
Valve ain't making it harder stop saying that, they said in a interview that they wanted to keep the difficulty around the same, while at the same time adding in the new mechanics.
If you get your head out of your armpits and look at the maps for more than five seconds, you'll realize they ain't really that hard, and it's possible they're even just something Valve made to show off the game.
So no it most likely won't be much harder.

Not really. It's essentially the same thing only that with a deformable mesh and a simplified yet accurate physics model. I believe the latest Havok supports that. It's about time that Valve update Havok anyway.
