Let me just starting off mentioning my eating habits.
Today I ate
Mini-wheat(Small kind, usually I eat corn bran) with some milk for breakfast
Then 3 hours later, I have a cheese and ham sandwich, only 1 slice of ham per half.
an apple, and about 1/6 bag of crackers.
And a Banana.
Then at dinner, I have some rice with some stir fried.
This is basically what an average intake of food is for me, that's IT!
Yet my BMI is 28!!! I'm one point away from being obese! WHAT THE FUCK?
And I keep gaining, I eat a lot of junk in the summer, but I haven't since eaten like that, and my weight just keeps climbing up higher and higher!
I do 80 minutes of phys ed a day as well, excluding weekends.
What the fuck is wrong with me? This shit doesn't happen.
Not to mention, my family is not well off, we can't afford all this extra junk food, we don't have any, but my weight is still SKYROCKETING
And I don't want to keep this, I want to loose the weight.
You're on Facepunch, chief.

Well I don't know where to go...
I'm probably going to go see a doctor.
Assuming you are eating healthily (little doesn't mean healthy) and exercising right, sometimes your genetics just fuck it up for you. Like my health teacher says, you need to pick better parents.
You on facepunch, Mack. This site emits radiation that increases your body fat index and is highly addictive.
I call it, FACEPUNCHIUM :science:
Slow metabolism?
I'm the exact opposite.
I eat whatever I want, whenever I want and I only ever lose weight.
You're gaining muscle.
unless you do that everyday it's your metabolism, eat more and then start working out
It's probably genetics bro.
Eat healthy and exercise.
Unfortunately you have just been fucked with a slow metabolism. But keep persisting. Anyone can be the weight they want. You're just going to have to work a big harder then others.
Work out more, eating right isn't the only way.
Eat smaller meals more frequently, and start running/walking as your primary form of exercise.
You're sick that's why.
It's a disease you know? Obesity. There's a plague of that going on in America.
More carepackages to put my sarcasm in

Maybe, I am still only turning 16, so maybe, I would love for it to be that, I'm worried that I'm putting on the pounds because I don't sleep enough, I go to bed at 11-12, and wake up at 7:30 on weekdays, I feel really tired in the morning, which might be not enough sleep, but later in the day I'm fine.
Because you don't count your calories.
thedailyplate.com GOGOGO FUCK. Schools need to teach this shit.
Cheeseburgers ARE good.
My BMI is 26, my lower body (legs) are well developed and firm because I bike slopes erry day
Your perception of eating well is probably very poor and I doubt you get very much exercise.

Actually that's the exact wrong thing to do. Don't graze. If you eat at meals, it is healthier because it's at a set time, when you graze, it your body doesn't know when you are going to eat food next, so stores it as fat. Also, make sure to eat breakfast to kick start your metabolism, drink lots of water, and get plenty of sleep.
Your calorie goal is 1769 a day?
Are you fucking serious? I eat less than that, I'm pretty sure.

Yeah, um, no. Eating small meals frequently keeps your metabolism up throughout the whole day.
the more i eat the less i way im like some kind of wizard
depression and stress usually cause weight gain. Spend 50% of your workout time stretching, the other 50% pure cardio. And sleep AT LEAST 8 hours. Have 5 small meals, if you can.
Also, weight gain has a lot to due with testosterone. You can fix that by rubbing bengay on your balls after a workout or during the shower.
although that may be backfiring on me recently because it feels like some guy just stabbed me in the stomach
HEY WHERED THAT BLOOD COME FROM
I need to gain weight.. and a good 20-30 pounds, and fast to reach a healthy point.
Eating little is not always a good thing. Starving yourself is not how you lose weight. Eating right and practising healthy eating habbits and exercising is how.

I laughed.
Possible thyroid disorder. Rare in males, but not unheard of. My mom used to eat healthy and do everything you did and her weight still climbed. Go to a specialized doctor and get tested.

Look at serving sizes for the food you ate right now. measure that shit exactly.
