Well I'm a SP guy myself, so I wouldn't know about how they fucked up the MP. all I heard was them, taking away dedicated servers, and other MP related things.
Though speaking for the SP, it was just amazing. a lot of drama, but cool nonetheless.
2 Billion of that was probably from CoD4 and on. Consoles make up at least 85% of the revenues too.
Worth it for the single-player only on PC, but damn, what an experience.

They could have made a lot more if they weren't douches to the PC community.

No, it's not as short as everyone says it is. It took me about 8 hours to finish the SP, and then comes the Special Ops, which gives me an additional of like 4 or 5 hours playing with my friends.

You're doing something wrong if it took you 8 hours. It took me 8 hours to finish CoD4's campaign, which is much longer than MW2s. I only took 4.5 hrs on MW2.
Well if you don't rush it and play it on Hardened or something then it is pretty long.
Played it at a friends house, that saved me a total of $60 (or even less if i would have purchased it elsewhere). It is still overpriced compared to what it offers.

I played it on hardened, without rushing (since I would die too fast), and I still completed it in around 5-6 hours.
I hate this Franchise because it turned my friends into cocky console gamers who only care for upping their rank and bashing everything else
Once more, people bashing a game they've never played, I've played the game and I haven't had a single problem with the changes they've made, pings are always fine for me, and for everyone in the server
I agree completely with The mouse, ever since the game launched and tried to explain the plight of PC gamers, all of my friends who play it just said, "So?" Not to mention they are always talking about it. They are always saying how they just threw a knife at someone and it hit them from across the map.
Also, the idiots think they are playing against people on PCs and they are modding when they shoot someone and the don't die.

I played the first one at a cyber cafe when it came out and it was fucking awesome!
I didn't try the multiplayer though as 1942 dominated the WW2 lan play there.
