Never to this extent. NK has always- ALWAYS- kept the armistice intact because they rely on the South for aid. This is the first time they've ever gone this far. I would be concerned/

But it never ended the armistice. "It may have no option but to stop honoring the armistice" and to "not be bound by it" are not officially ending it. The article is wrong- the North has yet to officially end the armistice agreement, merely threaten.
