If I was working at support line and I was threatened with a machine-gun I would put the person on hold and call the police.

I have worked as a first line support and yes you can get screwed over the the phone system real hard if you are not paying attention and have a lower attention span then a goldfish. This "Mark" guy i have to hand it to him for keeping it cool. But he didn't answear the question why the coustumer must be but on hold so very good. The coustumer also need to the a chill down pill and talk normaly
Jesus what is his problem its like his house is on fire. I'm honestly taking this with a grain of salt since it can easily be a fake.
Maybe if companies didn't get so cheap and insist on using these retarded automated phone systems. Mediacom where I live has the absolute worst one and it's like the fucking The Davinci Code trying to get a hold of a real person
I quit my job as a customer service rep this weekend. Some people that call up are just dicks. They seem to go out of their way to yell and not let you explain the situation to them.
I think he was just a bit loopy, He wasn't directly insulting the guy mark so its not that bad.
