Okay, ignoring the fact that Ebola is a fucking terrible disease and shouldn't be used for literal genocide, how would that plan even work out? If you managed to get an Ebola strain contagious enough to actually infect more than it kills (which I don't think even exists), then it wouldn't stop at Europe no matter where you leak it out. It'll take a lot more than new leadership and new rhetoric to convince me and many other (not enough, unfortunately) French people that the National Front is no longer the racist quasi Nazi party. It's true that the older Le Pen doesn't approve of the younger, but that is not necessarily proof that the party has entered the realm of same politics. I've nervously kept up with news of the party, but all of her changes strike me the same way as UKIPs attempt at not seeming racist did. Hopefully the facade (if there is one, I could be wrong) will crumble before 2017.

So is this the modern "a modest proposal"?
