I'm seriously considering donating to this when my next lot of wages come through. They sound confident, enthusiastic and knowing what they're capable of already, investing in this project feels like a good idea. I want to see what they come up with.

this better not end up like every video game fan film where all they care about is making it look nice meanwhile the acting is Tommy Wiseau tier and the script/story is nonexistent

As long as it doesn't turn out anything like Beyond Black Mesa it should have some actual class to it.
Oh god, It's fantastic to see theyre making the outlandish creatures from HL as physical props and makeup not just poor £10 budget CGI.

ehhh beyond black mesa wasn't very good so i'm not sure how i feel about this. i guess if they stick to freeman they could do alright

I always find it so cool how Half-Life is one of those games that despite being fairly dated at this point, still captures the imagination of so many people.

We asked him. He did not get back to us, so we settled for an imitation from one of our actors. :)
Y'know who you might try to get in contact with is Black Mesa Source's actor. He does Gman incredibly well.
