Give them some more details, they are just outlines, look like ginger cookies to me, but yeah, more details.

Remove the Made by Killerbanjo thing, it ruins it.

Well at least hide it some more, seriously it's just this big ugly thing sticking out in the corner. Completely ruins the image.

I like the background, but the font effects are just repulsive; don't rape the text with PS layer styles... use them in moderation (try, maybe, a small, unobtrusive horizontal gradient and a very light font stroke with a color only slightly darker than the darker gradient color.) --- Oh yeah, and as for the blood; I made this a while back: [img]http://files.uploadffs.com/2/4d3d209d/DH3_2.png[/img] Try that for the blood effect... spread it over the canvas and have it overlap the text.

Get rid of the Drop Shadow on the text, the way you have it now. You've got the inner shadow, and the drop shadow. Having the drop shadow, ruins the effect of making it look like it's scribed into the image.
