Here's a very simple tutorial on how to get your taskbar to look like the picture below. Its just a neat little idea I came up with, not world changing, so don't get your panties in a bunch if you wanted to rewrite a DLL or something.

First off, right click on your desktop to bring up your context menu, then click personalize. Click Window Color, then change your settings to look like the image below.

Then open GIMP, Photoshop, or your favorite image editing program that has a tool to create gradients. Load your desktop wallpaper into the program. Make sure the image is the exact same dimensions as your computer's display resolution.
On the bottom of your image, draw a selection 40 pixels high if you have large taskbar icons, or 30 pixels high if you have small taskbar icons. The selection width should be as wide as the image. Then choose a gradient you want to use and apply it across the selection.
Export the image, and apply it.
Hope it doesn't look like s#$%.
So, this is basically a tutorial to make the bottom 40 (or 30) pixels of your wallpaper, a rainbow gradient? Not to sound rude, but I was expecting something a little more... Different? Like, an actual addon to change the task bar to a rainbow, not make it invisible and edit the wallpaper.
Its nothing spectacular and I know that; its just a simple trick. If it was an addon it wouldn't be posted here would it?
I just thought it was something cool, and I thought I'd bring it to people's attention.
