It was actually supposed to be shown on late night Cartoon Network back when Adult Swim didn't exist. But CN was like naaaaah and chickened out.

The difference is that Rude Removal was an ACTUAL episode made by Gennedy and dead bart doesn't actually exist.
Also, Rude Removal is twisted in a funny way, with everyone swearing. Dead bart is some kind of twisted episode where bart is dead and everyones sad and shit
