Amphetamine for studying - General

Lately I've been considering using amphetamine in low study-doses for exams n' shit, as I heard it makes you remember everything you've studied and much more :dance: Unfortunately I don't have access to fancy stuff like Adderall or Ritalin, but I've heard that low doses of amphetamine produce the same learning and concentration effect. However, I have several questions about this that I hope someone more experienced could answer: 1. What doses are study-doses? 2. Is there a large risk of addiction if I only take it in study-doses and only 3-4 times a month? 3. How long will the "super-concentration" last? 4. If I take amphetamine to study for an exam, will I remember all that I've learned later for the exam? Or is it better to just take the amphetamine during the exam? Or both?

1.Doses for study, I'd say, 5-15mg amphetamine, you have to find dose that suits you best. If dose is too much, it might make you hyperactive, jittery, paranoia, too much euphoric or anything that will distract you. 2.I don't think it's large risk of addiction, but you will have to self control you. Because, after amphetamine is over,you become sad and crave that again. So, time it perfectly, so that when it is over, you can go safely to sleep. 2.Half time of amphetamine is around 13-10 hours, so lets say, you eat 10mg, than after that time passes (13-10 hours), you still have 5mg active in your body. And after that you still have active 2.5mg of amphetamine in your body. 3.When you ingest amphetamine, let's say 10mg, you will have to wait 30.min hours max to notice effects, they will be very, but you will start to recognize, thinkings become easier, learning becomes kinda fun and so on. Super concentration can last hours, don't know exactly...5 hours? Just to warn you, you might have comedown phase, where stimulation still persist(you can't sleep) but things just become boring and uninteresting. 4.You will remember all that you learned, and, it's good to take amphetamine during exam. But don't forget to learn while sober, that way you will have things stored in memory for good time. Because, brain associate memories with state you have been while you learned that. So, if you learn something while speeded, you will more easily remember that memory while you will be speeded. Same for sober. And drunk, and so on. So, study in both states, so that "learning while sober" ability doesn't get destroyed by amphetamine. And, it's just better to do in both states. Just a warning, don't let that become habit to you, because you will have shitty time trying to learn while sober ;).

How much do amphetamines usually go for?

Don't know. If you buy, you might get very impure speed for very cheap. I think speed I could get is about 10-20%.

Whats the other 80-20%?

I don't think half life of chemicals is the same as half life of radiation man. If you take 5mg of X drug and the half life is 5 hours. In 10 hours the drug will mostly be gone from your system, it won't be at 1.25mg. Also, amphetamine sulphate will help with studying at low doses, but I've used Butylone which I consider to be incredibly close to what I imagine amphetamines to be, and the comedown is god damn awful. Did definitely help with studying though.

Yeah, I bought a couple 40mg's for $4 a pop.

A gram of amphetamine in Sweden costs about 30-40 dollars, taking it in study-doses only could make that one gram last for a year.

Naa, it's from a RL dealer. Doubt many websites sell amphetamine considering it's illegal pretty much everywhere.

I asked this a few weeks ago. Over the weekend I took 10mg of adderall. I read my whole psychology book cover to cover in a few hours. Today I had the ap exam for psychology. I took another 10mg pill about 30min before the test and let's just say I'm pretty sure I scored a 4 or 5. To be honest, I had fun taking that test. I finished the first half of the test in 30 min and the second half in another 30 min. I never second guessed myself on any answer because I "studied". Good luck dude.

I think Amphetamines would be my favourite drug if I ever got my hands on them. Loved Butylone so much. The only thing that scares me about Butylone is the insane proportions to which my veins (especially my foot veins) grow when I'm coming down off of it. Does this happen with amps?

Damn, what I just wrote. Anyway, I replied to Mindtwistah, that illegal drugs are sold via e-mail sources. And, to you, no I didn't noticed anything vein or hearth pounding symptom while using amphetamine. I am sure I used quite big dose. Cathinones are known to be very cardiotoxic anyway.

Well, they aren't. They're possibly cardiotoxic, but there's no studies really showing specific cathinone's hepatoxicity, cardiotoxicity, neurotoxicity etc.

You are right. But, they are still kinda sketchy to me, especially all those trip reports I've red about cathinones. For example, 4-mmc, obvious cardiotoxic. But that is just 4-mmc. Then there comes bk-MDMA, which has lower activity on serotonin than MDMA, while keeping adrenaline ratio same. What that means? Higher dose, so you get more adrenaline pumping than on MDMA.And ephedrine, one hell of a fucker. My theory could be wrong, but I still think amphetamines are less toxic than cathinones.

I think it's remarkable how safe the drug is actually, given its effects. It was abused by a vast number of people including myself and I've not heard of any confirmed mycardial infarctions or anything similar. I'm sure cases exist but we can't just guess what's toxic and what is not. The truth is, the ratio of 5-HT to DA to NE is not known for 4-MMC yet. My guess is 5-HT is quite high whilst DA is tiny bit lower, and NE is perfectly balanced with the DA.

But, damage to body is quite big. But still, I'd prefer damage to body than death anyday.

I think it was very chronically toxic, but not acutely. So yes, I agree with you. I've been doing a lot of exercise yet I still get reddish-purple knees when I shower or when I'm hot. It's obviously done something permanent.
