Well I had pretty much given up all chance of seeing her again but seeing the optimism in you guys has given me a second thought for hope. If you've read my story and really want to help in the search, I'd be very thankful.
So down to business. This basically involves scouring facebook and myspace and trying to get in contact with the Rachel I met in Toronto. But, unfortunate as it is, I have a terrible way of remembering people's faces and their look in general. As a wise man once said, "Memory can change the shape of a room; it can change the color of a car. And memories can be distorted. They're just an interpretation, they're not a record..." I have in fact looked through the 500 or so Rachel in Toronto results on FB without recognizing her.
I'll leave as many facts as I can think of to help distinguish her.
-First name is Rachel(spelling of her name is not sure)
-Tanned Skin
-Dark Brown/black hair
-25 yo
-Lives in Toronto, Canada
-From the United States, plans on moving back in a couple weeks
-About average height
-Not skinny but not chubby either(little big of meat on the bones) looks fit though(she claimed biking was the way to get around)
I can't seem to think of anything else helpful but if you have a question about her, post it and if I can answer it I'll add it to the OP.
A few people in the original thread tried to help and simply said "hey op is this her?" and posted a fb/ms account, this has failed to work and I expect will consistently fail as I have a horrid time recognizing people, and profile pics in general are pretty bad representations of people.
The hardest part of this will be that it will probably fall upon the volunteers to send messages to complete strangers. I don't think I have it in me to send messages to people saying "Are you that girl I asked out that time?" I would hope you would simply ask something like "Hey are you the Rachel that talked to my friend Tim in Queen's Park last weekend?" (And please don't copy paste that because I expect it will end up being sent to the same wrong girls over and over).
I hope its not too much to ask of people to contact these strangers on my behalf so to any volunteers, thank you for any help you offer.

Can you give out ANY other details? Like, when she told you what she was doing in town could it have led you to someone that knows her?
And also, are you checking to see if she ever comes back to the park or asking other bikers if they know her? It's these kind of circumstantial things you should probably look for to help you find her.

With the info you gave us, I doubt anyone on here would be able to find her. You aren't sure if the name is Rachel, you say you can't recognize her completely, and you don't know where she is gonna be living when she moves.
Honestly, this is a loss cause.
