I'm looking for this movie I saw a while back but I forgot the name.
It was set in a world where only "perfect" people could get a job, anyway there's this guy who isn't perfect and there's another guy in a wheelchair who is perfect. They decide to work together so the guy who isn't perfect assumes the perfect guy's identity and goes to work instead of him (and they split the pay or something). There are these blood scanners so the guy in the wheelchair prepares all of these blood samples for the other guy to use. Anyway, I think the guy in the wheelchair kills himself in the end and the other guy gets arrested for identity fraud.
That's the best way I can explain it.
