My personal philosophy is to be encouraging yet realistic. You're work is very basic, but nothing can stop you from getting better. You just have to be committed and willing to spend alot of time working on your skills. Everyone has to start somewhere.
If you're wondering, the reason you're getting so much hate is because you committed a faux-pas. When you make a thread here, its the same as going out in front of your entire school and displaying your work for everyone to see. You need to ask yourself if you would really want to show this off to that extent. Continuing the analogy, making a thread in the GD is like being on a national talk show. You have to use proper judgment when sharing your work.
Turn this around from an ego slap to a growth opportunity. Learn from your mistake.
