So I managed to finaly get my hands of a 30 round AR15 mag. It's illegal toimport magazines over 10 rounds into Australia so the ones that existed before the import ban are very expensive, in the range of AUS$300. I got this for $50

Horrid lighting, centered composition, too shallow DOF, and grainy.
Try going outside?
Maybe I will
The DOF is supposed to be that shallow
I'll try again with better lighting
I had the ISO at 1600 because of the poor lighting
It's generally a bad idea to shoot indoors in low light with 1600 iso.
And now I know that
Then why did you do it?

He said he knows that now. He didn't know it before, so that's why he did it.

Here at Facepunch you are held accountable for your mistakes, even at the cost of logic. This sometimes means applying responsibility retroactively. You'll get used to it.
I would personally like to see a picture of the mag in your AR15, OP. Preferably about to launch thirty rounds of hollowpoint death into something that blows apart into little chunky bits, like a melon. Or whatever, as long as it blows apart. You can sort out the legality and your conscience, I just want to see the photos.

I'll try get some next time I'm on the range. But because of Australia's "brilliant" gun laws I'm not allowed an AR15 so all I've got is a pump-action .223 that takes AR15 magazines
