Only some of the Nazis are reptillian overlords, after WWII it seems some split off to live under the icecaps while the rest went to the moon
Trailer #1 revealed that the whole invasion was planned to take care of the moon Nazis and weaken Earths defenses for ANOTHER invasion from the icecaps. Whether the moon Nazis and the lizard Nazis are working together is beyond me.
