I never had any idea how to get weed until I started hanging out with stoners. In grade 9 I had no idea I could buy weed at school, now I pick up at school every week. Just ask around people who you know smoke weed, if you're too scared to deal with a real dealer (I was at first, I just used a small time cutter) just ask someone you trust to pick it up for you.
I'm not sure about your area but this should work, I'm from Canada so I won't be able to give you any tips on where to get it in Winfield Kansas, sorry.
And NO, do not look for anything else that will get you the high feeling, wait until you can find some weed, it will be worth it.

It's surprisingly easy to find people who can get you weed, a lot more people than you would expect smoke. Ask your friends, especially the sort of people that like to go out and party etc. They would most likely know who to ask.

But yea just try make more friends, the more you make the more likely you are to find a stoner, but you should target people who're more likely to smoke, like skaters, punks, black people, mexicans, and people who just look like stoners. Of course if you really become a stoner yourself, you'll just start meeting more and more stoners the more stoner friends you have the more you make.

haha that's true about skate parks first people i got stoned with were from the skate park about 30 seconds from my house. most people from the skate park are 18 now, 16/17 when they skated. most aren't 14. :)
