So this was released out of the blue.
[t]https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/c/c8/Horace_and_Pete.jpg[/t] Horace and Pete (stylized as Horace and Pete's Est. 1916) is an American comedy-drama web series created by Louis C.K. starring himself and Steve Buscemi as Horace and Pete, co-owners of an Irish bar, Horace and Pete's. The first episode was released on January 30, 2016, on C.K.'s website without any prior announcements. Main cast - Louis C.K. as Horace - Steve Buscemi as Pete - Edie Falco as Sylvia - Steven Wright as Leon - Kurt Metzger as Kurt - Alan Alda as Uncle Pete - Jessica Lange as Marsha (Wikipedia)
The show is filmed in a stage-play style, so everything is seemingly one take, divided more or less into acts, including an intermission. There's no non-diegetic sound (aka, all voices, sounds and music are in the scene itself, and not added on later). Gave it a watch yesterday, and it's certainly interesting. And also, very weird. But I recommend giving it a watch. You can find the first episode up on Louis CK's website: https://louisck.net/show/horace-and-pete First episode costs $5 and is about an hour long. I'd say it's worth. [editline]asd[/editline] Also I accidentally styled the title wrong, so if a mod could change "&" to "and", that'd be swell~
