Yes NCsoft is pretty bad when it comes to customer support. I can't believe Arenanet chose them as their publisher
Arenanet and the Guild Wars game(s) however are in a separate group. They've responded to my emails directly when I've contacted them with questions about the game.
Well, I don't think that their support is bad. I received this nice e-mail from them this morning and I'm happy that they care about the security of my account. Even though I don't play "aion".
