The bill is passed 217 to 213 votes and is sent on to the senate.
(217 R yes, 20 R no, 1 R not voting)
(0 D yes, 193 D no)
It's amazing how shitty this bill is -- it's so shitty that they won't release its details to the public, or cast any ads about it, or even talk about it. They just wrote it and threw it into the house so they could get some good-boy points.
The really ironic thing is that repealing the ACA would mostly affect republican districts. The south, etc.

The republican base often seem to vote against themselves at every chance they get.
They just unanimously voted to exempt congress from the law (if it does pass).

Other way around, they voted to NOT exempt themselves if it passes.
some democrats are voting yes? What the fuck
Better be prepared to kiss their political careers goodbye. The DNC will burn them at the stake.
he could still change it but this guy voted yes???

EDIT: Dems back to 0. Maybe a clerical error or the rep accidentally voted yes.

Wait until it's over, one already changed back.
Looks like it's onto the Senate.

U.S. House Republicans have enough votes to pass their revived Obamacare repeal bill after weeks of uncertainty over whether they could fulfill a top campaign pledge to undo the health-care law.

Absolutely. Fucking. Disgusting.
They were even singing "Na na na na, hey hey hey, goodbye" in regards to Obamacare.
This could easily backfire for the GOP. There's no chance that it'll pass the Senate and the house just voted to actively fuck over a huge part of the population. If only their voters would start to realize that. I'm sure there are tons of them out there with health issues that'll lose coverage if this was to become law, but they're too ignorant to realize it.
Whelp. Time to never get sick or break any bones for the next 4-8 years

what makes you think it won't pass the senate?
Lotta people gonna die if it passes the Senate

Why do I have to keep Telling people this, Obamacare in its current form is Actively fucking people over in the midwest, with insurances Dropping out of the marketplace.

It's not law yet. Still has to go through the senate
Why do I have to keep Telling people this, Obamacare in its current form is Actively fucking people over in the midwest, with insurances Dropping out of the marketplace.
And instead now the entire country gets fucked over. That's better?
Why do I have to keep Telling people this, Obamacare in its current form is Actively fucking people over in the midwest, with insurances Dropping out of the marketplace.
Because this would be waaaaay fucking worse.
Whelp. Time to never get sick or break any bones for the next 4-8 years
They still have to get past the senate, and then the house revotes on the senate version of the bill. And the senate is a lot harder to get stuff passed.
what makes you think it won't pass the senate?
Some Republican senators aren't too fond of the bill, not to mention they simply don't have a strong enough majority. It'll be filibustered by the Democrats at the very least.

Then how about we aim to fix it? This will take away healthcare from tens of millions, increase costs across the board, and I can almost guarantee it would do nothing to fix the problems we're having in the midwest.
Anyone who says both parties are the same, are fools.

Video of singing.
They need unanimous republican support for it to get passed in the senate. They don't have complete support for that.
