[release]Online celebrity Tila Tequila was attacked with rocks, broken glass and fireworks while performing at the Gathering of the Juggalos music festival in Cave-in-Rock, Ill., TMZ reported today.
The entertainment website posted photos of the star with cuts on her face and welts on her torso.
Tequila recounted the incident to TMZ. “I went onstage and immediately, before I even got on stage, DUDES were throwing HUGE STONE ROCKS in my face, beer bottles that slit my eye open, almost burnt my hair on fire cuz they threw firecrackers on stage,” she wrote.
Tequila said audience members also hurled waste from the festival's portable toilets at her.
When Tequila left the stage with her bodyguard and other security personnel, she said a large crowd of people followed them to her trailer, surrounded it and broke the trailer’s windows.
Police confirmed that they responded to the scene but were not able to provide any details.
The Gathering of the Juggalos is an annual music and wrestling festival organized by the Michigan rap group Insane Clown Posse. Devotees of the band are known as Juggalos, and often wear clown makeup in imitation of members Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope.
The band briefly entered national consciousness earlier this year when the video for their song "Miracles" became a viral phenomenon and was parodied on "Saturday Night Live."
Juggalos have been classified as a gang in at least four U.S. states, though fans claim Juggalos are a “family” and not involved in organized gang activity.
Today Tila pomised legal action, via Twitter: "Violence against women like myself or anyone for that matter is not ok! Lawsuit is pending."[/release]
I'm not normally one to advocate genocide, but I think a Juggocaust is in order.

I meant it as a rhetorical, as in "What is wrong with you". I assumed that in the context of them throwing shit at someone you would get this, apparently the two people who gave me boxes are either stupid or think that poorly of me. Since I doubt they know me that well I'm going to go with the former.
I don't really like Tila Tequila or juggalos, but that's a little much.
