All of these videos were extremely tasteful and educational. This is how this stuff should be done. This is how reflection of the positive and negative ends history should be done.
I love this channel, it's that really neutral stuff you can watch at any time. I'd love to make some of these, especially the Akra.
I love this guy and these foods look amazing.
Watched a few more videos this morning and subbed. I really like this combination of learning history while you're learning the recipe, knowing it's roots and how it came into our culture. Definitely going to give that Barbeque recipe a shot this week or next.
