Title is boring sorry, mod's please change if you can. I have a motorola zine, which has a 5 megapixle camera and not gonna lie it takes hella good pictures, so last night i took a photo of my stripper clip and i wanted to see if it was decent for me starting out, i don't take large pictures mind you i take up close and keep taking till i feel it is right, so thanks for viewing and leave me some C&C

Maybe next time drop by the "Creative Photography That Doesn't Deserve a Thread" thread and leave one-shot photos like this one. :) Threads usually contain a lot more info/detail/photos.

As for the photo, it's not too bad for what a phone can do, considering just about everything's pretty automatic... I like the dark B&W filter (even if a bit cliché) as it adds to the photo. The last bullet being cut off in half doesn't really make much sense from a composition point of view though... I can't take my eyes off of it, and it's really distracting from the main area of the photo.
All in all, I think you'd be doing yourself a favor if you got an SLR, or even an analogue if you're willing to risk it.
I like it. Keep takin' interesting pics, and drop by the creative photography thread as mentioned above, and the people there are all more than happy to go into heavier detail on photography C&C than the average creationism cornerer. Just... be warned, we're harsh sons of bitches, but it's all out of love.

not that it's unneeded or actually doesn't deserve its own thread, it's just that the thread acts almost like a subforum for the photographers. I say if you get a nice set of photos instead of a single one, feel free to make a thread, but if you just have one or two and want some thoughts on it, our thread is the place to be ;D
