After everything that Japan has been through I'm surprised they're even at all on friendly terms with the united states. We dropped those bombs on them less than one persons life-time ago.

I'd known about that story for some time, but I had no idea that he had been arrested just a couple of years ago... thats just... wow.

At 1:30 he says that 0.7 grams of Uranium undergoing fission was enough to create that explosion, but 0.7g is actually the mass defect of the Uranium that underwent fission. He even says it himself earlier on - 1.38% of the Uranium (64kg) fissioned.
