Hey there guys. I've been around for several years, but I never really hung out in the music area of the community. I was more so a part of the Source modding scene. I think I posted a few of my really old tracks in some random megathread ages ago, but that's about it.
So anyway, I've been screwing around with FL Studio for about nine years or so in order to make electronic music. I've been working on defining my own style on top of that. Sadly, I'm limited by the fact that I have absolutely no skills in playing any instruments, and have no concept of music theory. Kind of makes defining one's style difficult, right? Yeah...
But regardless, I've made tons of "stuff" over the years. A lot of which I'd rather not mention. After years of putting out maps and whatnot for Source games, I've learned a thing or two about showmanship. Hopefully that shows in this post.
To start, I'll simply link you to my Sound Cloud profile. This has my most recent (and refined) tracks, plus a couple of older ones that I was really proud of at the time. My "style" so far seems to be more on the side of mellow, down tempo-ish stuff. But I do make occasional attempts at trance and stuff. I try to give most of my tracks a thick or interesting atmosphere; mostly airy stuff. I love airy stuff...like clouds and such. I do the occasional remix of game tracks. There's a few on my profile, actually.
Below are some tracks that are prime examples of my current skill level. I recommend using a good pair of headphones if you have any. My music caters primarily towards headphones. Some tracks probably sound fine on speakers though.

My most recent track. I wanted to make a really flow-like, progressive, chill out song with acoustic percussion (a staple of my style). Towards the end it gets a little trippy. I try to throw in a subtle psychedelic tone in some of my songs every now and then.

I went for a progressive, clubby trance song here. It's not super bombastic and stuff like pro melodic trance is. It's more akin to my not-fully-defined style. Really turn the volume up on this one; it translates well. I just hope Sound Cloud didn't compress it too much. I tried my damnedest to make the production quality as high as possible. I'm like 95% sure there's no noticeable distortion or clipping. Plus I'm proud of that buzzing, ducking bass and it sounds awesome when turned up. :)

This is actually a remix I did of someone else's track. I came across an artist called "MIDIQueen" and listened to his track "Halcyon Dreams." MIDI music is generally pretty simple and minimal, but I really loved it because it reminded me of the classic (and personal favorite) "Halcyon On and On." That may have even been an influence for him when making it. At the time, I wanted to try my hand at some drum and bass and had just recently acquired a nice sample library catered towards DnB. So I tried to incorporate DnB in to my style and this was the product of that experiment. It's a very mellow, airy DnB track. The percussion isn't super heavy, nor is the bass line, but it's enough to be noticeable. I'm actually considering coming back to it to do tons of work on the ambiance side to make it especially mellow.

This track is a lot of things. I reworked it probably four times total, and a lot changed each time. At first, I was trying to make a dark and trippy psytrance song (the opening is indicative of this), but I quickly realized that I had no clue what I was doing and that I was really deviating from my familiar roots. So I kind of ad-libbed my way through and it became some kind of half-assed trance song. I ended up releasing it and wasn't satisfied with it at all. Then I acquired some new plugins and samples and went back in and completely overhauled the percussion, which had an immensely positive impact on the track's quality. I also did some more work on the song's flow and progression via wind sweeps and percussion fills. Then I got the idea to have the track start out as this sort of weird, ominous thing that progressively turned in to a calming, uplifting beautiful composition. It starts out with that odd atmosphere, becomes a semi-trippy trance track, then blasts off in to a super calm down-tempo section with acoustic percussion. There's a bit of distortion here and there. I wasn't as devoted to "production quality" as I am now when I was working on this.

I made this last year after my group of friends and I returned from a weekend beach trip. Another mellow down tempo track. It doesn't have a whole lot going for it as far as melody, but I wanted to make this nice, "warm and comfy" ambiance that would hopefully remind my friends and I of that awesome weekend we had at the beach; as fleeting as the experience was. Not much else to say about it, I guess.
That concludes my showcasing. I hope you guys like my sounds. Feel free to leave me feedback here or on SC. All my stuff is available to download for free. Follow me on SC if you want. Share my stuff. USE IT. It's entirely up to you. Even taking the time to listen to any of my tracks just once is greatly appreciated. It makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside, especially if someone says they really like my work.
P.S. I can provide a download of Mind Apsides, Adrift Existence, and Return to Eden in FLAC audio if anyone wishes so. As for my other tracks, I've reformatted a couple of times since I made them, so some of the plugins I used for them aren't installed. It's a process I'm slowly chewing through so I'll be able to open all my projects in FL Studio without missing plugins and samples.
