And this was a pressing issue that needed its own steam update... how?
For those of you wondering what this is: During Civilization 5's installation, they ask you to choose a charity, and the developers donate some money to the charity you choose. They said they're donating 250,000 in total to education based charities.

This way, it's more likely that people will be able to use the feature when the time comes.
