Russia is probably the only country Syria will let in to take them out

Denmark/Norway relatively neutral, Syria probably wouldn't allow a US ship into their waters considering the US was talking about bombing them just three months ago

I guess transferring them to the US ship at sea would be too difficult

And the reason they're destroying them on a US ship is that they couldn't get a single country to take the weapons and destroy them
