1:20 pretending to be drunk to be stopped for a check, pretending to not have some important documents with them

3:00 officer tells the pricing for the bribe

3:30 confrontation, showing valid documents for their car, asking for officer's ID (Officer ignores that request, which is illegal)

7:40 requesting that someone from the station show up (the car is parked there) No one shows up for at-least a hour.

10:00 They sent a car after them to give an official fine, just to find out the info on the driver, but tough luck, the car was not theirs, but borrowed by a friend not present on the scene.

Outcome:

I've also seen series of videos where some Russian dudes haunt for pedophiles. They basically pretend to be kids in different chatrooms, they get a date with whoever starts "flirting" with them, and then just confront them. All of that is captured on their cameras, expect for the moments when they have to punch the pedophile a couple of times.

Seems like Russian citizens put more effort into cleaning Russia up than the government itself.

To be honest I'm not really surprised.

Russia is full of some really tough fucking people. I've seen a video of russians on some huge tower doing stunts, without ANY safety harnesses or anything.
