As conspiracy-ish as it may seem, hear me out!
I keep picking up weird mechanical noises coming out of me.
Faint clicking and beeping and whenever there's complete silence I swear I can hear radio signals... I hear very faint music and chatter. And the weird thing is that when I check around, there are no possible sources for those sounds around ie radio turned on, TV or PC.
Today was particularly interesting since I was sitting in class and I started hearing louder than usual booping and beeping coming out of my right ear. I knew this because I could shut it out temporarily by flexing my ear muscles, so it wasn't coming from outside.
And I always felt like there's something in my brain that caused irritations whenever I would concentrate on my forehead.

Run. NOW!
Maybe that science lab a couple threads down is experimenting on you.
Sounds like schizo
Do you have tooth fillings or any metal in you from operations etc? It's not unusual for all kinds of metallic stuff to make radiowaves audible under certain circumstances.
Otherwise you're probably just nuts.
See a psychologist.

What if you had a hearing aid implanted into your ear when you were a baby and you didn't even know it.

Well I don't really see any random strangers telling me what to do... yet...
and the voices are still so inaudible I can't be so sure they are voices, I can only make assumptions.
But the first sign of Schizophrenia I will surely not go to the government! They'd just make me forget all about this!
Congratulations you are a calculator!

the whole point of paranoid schizophrenia is you get delusions of conspiracy against you
some people think the tv is constantly talking to them
some people hear radio waves from the government
you dont necessarily hear voices
Delusions. In paranoid schizophrenia, a common delusion is that you're being singled out for harm. For instance, you may believe that the government is monitoring every move you make or that a co-worker is poisoning your lunch. You may also have delusions of grandeur — the belief that you can fly, that you're famous or that you have a relationship with a famous person, for example. You hold on to these false beliefs despite evidence to the contrary. Delusions can result in aggression or violence if you believe you must act in self-defense against those who want to harm you.
I hear what sounds like morse code in my right ear sometimes.

Try running a magnet over your ear, it's the only way!
You're actually a robot.
EDIT: The only way to check is to cut an arm off. Any blood and bone is just a disguise.

Tinnitus characteristics
Tinnitus can be perceived in one or both ears or in the head. It is usually described as a ringing noise, but in some patients it takes the form of a high pitched whining, electric, buzzing, hissing, screaming, humming, tinging or whistling sound, or as ticking, clicking, roaring, "crickets" or "tree frogs" or "locusts (cicadas)", tunes, songs, beeping, or even a pure steady tone like that heard during a hearing test.[3] It has also been described as a "wooshing" sound, as of wind or waves.[4] Tinnitus can be intermittent or it can be continuous, in which case it can be the cause of great distress. In some individuals, the intensity can be changed by shoulder, head, tongue, jaw, or eye movements.[5]
Dude, you're schizophrenic.
OP, you can now talk to machines.

You must remember your past. You see, you were not always a robot. The actual you died in a car crash, and then the Secret Government Robotics Committee (SGRC) decided that they wanted to download your brain into a robot body in an attempt to create an ultimate war machine. All those clicks and radio signals you hear are actually programming codes.
When the codes stop, you will be an unstoppable warrior and probably end up killing your family and close friends first.
Do you have a Logitech X-530?
