While watching TV with my parents, a car drove through the public and crashed into an important monument, missing the bus with the royal familly about 5 meters.

Around 11.50 an accident occured because a black car (Suzuki Swift) drove through the public and a fence where the car came to a stop, The car drove in the direction of the bus in which the royal family was at that moment (Last intersection before the driveway of palace "Het Loo"). The car crashed into the monument "De Naald" (the needle). According to the first bulletins there were fourteen victims of which three people are reanimated. The driver (a man) of the car, which has been rescued out of the car by the fire department from the car, has been arrested. At 12.15 the remaining programm has been cancelled.

As you can see on the picture there is a girl of about 6/7 years old falling behind the car.
That little girl is still lying there, they think she is dead.

They also said something about a trailer of a truck, so maybe he hit that on it's way?
It probably isn't a hit on the queen though, because if you watch the video, you can see the car doesn't speed, it just rolls

But you can't even get near Apeldoorn by car. All the roads have been blocked to prevent stuff like this from happening.

It's just a couple fences and security to keep dumb people out. But you can just rush it.

That is not the girl, that is probably her mother, she was wearing the same.
As you can see in the high deff pictures, the girl doesn't have anything on her feet. the woman on the other hand has shoes on.
What's with the guys in formal attire standing there seemingly doing nothing? Just wondering because there's horrible scenes of violence going on and they just stand there like an easter egg in the photo.
