-Sorry, folks. Not only was the video taken down, but it was also proven to be fake.-
The only fake looking thing is the mouse, it moved very stiffly like some sort of poorly done flash animation. But that does look like a PC version.
Movement looks like controller.
Could be legit, but I'm still hoping that when we get the port it will be a good port. MP3 run amazingly but that's a different type of game.
it's so obviously a controller look at that cursor

They've got RAGE by the balls now, it'll run great without a doubt

What's going on with the camera movement? If it's on a stand, why does it move up and down in sync with a normal breathing?
I actually thought GTA IV was a good port aside from DRM bullshit. Silly rabbit, GTA V isn't for PC kids!
Just tell me that when GTA V PC releases, it'll have a sandbox mode. And modding will be easier. And that the port won't be shit. And psychic police will be fixed. And that the port won't be shit. And that it will have an extremely active community. [sp]no shit port please[/sp]
I refuse to believe but it's looks pretty legit.
Just tell me that when GTA V PC releases, it'll have a sandbox mode. And modding will be easier. I'm calling fake unless he shows the graphics options actually changing how the game looks, even with it being hand held footage you can tell if he changes the detail level and draw distance.
Max Payne 3.
Max Payne 3 wasn't open world.
record pc footage with a phone
Max Payne 3 wasn't open world.
But Max Payne 3 was actually a brilliant port from what i've heard, unlike GTA 4.
But Max Payne 3 was actually a brilliant port from what i've heard, unlike GTA 4.
Max Payne 3 wasn't a port.
Max Payne 3 wasn't a port.
This as well, Max Payne 3 PC version was developed along side the Console version. And if the build.xml file on the console version disc is to be believed, so is the PC version of GTA5.
How come whenever there is some "big" leak it's always on the most shitty camera possible?!
But Max Payne 3 was actually a brilliant port from what i've heard, unlike GTA 4.
MP3 was a brilliant port, maybe even made directly for PC but it's trick was hidden loading screens and pretty small maps. GTA games are a completely different beast.
How come whenever there is some "big" leak it's always on the most shitty camera possible?!
It's much easier (and less suspicious) to turn on a phone camera than recording software/DVRs/etc Bear in mind we haven't been given a context as to where this was recorded. R* was at a private-ish PC Gaming event, and there were some testimonials from the MTA guys. Could have been from those? Could it be footage from a GTA V dev? This could have been footage that was passed on to the uploader as well. We simply can't reach a true conclusion without a context like that, and that also puts people at risk of getting into trouble by R* as well.
One thing that throws me off is how smooth the 'mouse' moves on the screen, it feels unnatural. It is possible he could be using a controller to move the cursor, but why? If you use a controller in GTA4 only cursor the controller moves is the one on the map screen. If you used a controller all it did was highlight menu options.
totally fake.
when he presses start, the "Apply Settings" and "Back" options are already there
Max Payne 3, port or not it was INSANELY well optimized.
Why isn't the mouse being used to navigate through the top row of options? I call bullshit.
MP3 was a brilliant port, maybe even made directly for PC but it's trick was hidden loading screens and pretty small maps. I want to believe
the hell kind of mouse do you have where it sounds like you have to smash the button to make it click [t]http://api.ning.com/files/Kc4I9NA-hvDf-Op7NZj7AcHD0u7CJImyaonuvNH73mbawZcllRxXAmjRUzhPN2aS0u19TaRmhmquLKlw7T1T6Dy7oIjqF2hy/Original_IBM_PS2.jpg[/t] the only way the motion could be legit is if he was using a trackball, but the constant speed and perfect stops on a button were too obvious
