Publicly denouncing pedophiles - General

Hey guise. :3 Today, I passed near a sign that's fairly close to my house. A publicity banner to be more precise. It was approximately 10 metres tall and 3 metres in width. I wish I had the time to snap a picture but the traffic was moving so I didn't. I'll TRY to get a picture and post it here eventually. What's so special about this publicity banner you'll ask? Well, let me describe it. It was simply the portrait of a man. Simply. The face of a man on a white background. He wore a suit (from what we could see), was around 30-40 years old. Just an average blue collar man. But. On the top part of the publicity, slightly overlapping his forehead, was written in French, in a stamp-style format, the word in caps: PÉDOPHILE Me and my friends couldn't believe our eyes. Just to let you know, there is no way in hell in Canada the image of someone can be used in a publicity banner without their approval first. What's your take on it? I'll try to post a picture soon, but until then, here's a little copy I made myself. P.S: I used a random image from the internet. The real one had the image of a real man. I mean, yeah, they may DESERVE it but it's still unethical IMHO. Thoughts that crossed my mind were that he agreed to it as an apology to someone he did something to, or maybe it's just viral advertising. I have no clue but I get the feeling it's gonna do some noise soon.

I really doubt that they would pay that much in the first place to put one random sexual assault dude up as some sort of warning. I say it's just an advert saying that pedophiles could be anyone, even that nice blue collar guy who wears a suit.

Btw, from another forum people are suggesting it's wheat pasted. It's not. No, it was a billboard. There's usually other advertisements there.

If you know that someone is a pedophile, that means that they did something to show that they are a pedophile.
