Some programs open outside the monitor & moving them shows them to be invisible boxes that move back

Couldn't find any forums on here that covered this, so here we go. List of programs. Designdoll's windows (main window loads fine) VTFEdit HLMV SublimeText Any ideas?

This happens to cheat engine with me occasionally what you might need to do is use/create a second monitor (if you only have 1 monitor, just plug it into another display input) and have it where the window should be, this way you can just move it to the "Main" monitor and keep it there [editline]4th April 2017[/editline] programs should be able to know by then where it was last so you shouldn't really have to do it after fixing it once

Cheat engine couldn't be moved with Win+Arrow keys, but it was outside the screen and that's how I fixed it. Weird and annoying. I also can't find it when rearranging inputs.
