[B]Glitter[/B] I, with the eyes of a child have watched rain drops tumble down staircases and mountains I, with the eyes of a child have watched butterflies dance to wind chimes and branches shiver from honest winters I, with the eyes of a child have watched snow angels fly into the heavens and listened to dust spiral into infinity like a halo, on a mote of grass etched softly on the landscape of a playground I, with the eyes of a child are left empty in the forgiving past of what once was spontaneous [B] Below The Train Tracks[/B] Calm winds blow From the east, to west coast As rail roads freeze over their rusted skin Desolate, hum ([I]Birds chirping[/I]) Wooden fibers snap under the steel tracks Beneath the belly cracks of the behemoth ([I]Birds chirping[/I]) Rush of movement ([I]Loud boom[/I]) Its’ sudden pass Miles an hour A deafening shiver Tickled senses Forgotten, swept below the train tracks ([I]Silent[/I]) C&C much appreciated.
